Granny Scoops £42,000 For Luxury Cruise
A grandmother from Hull has won more than £42,000 at her local Mecca Club on Sunday, 11 February 2008.
She was playing along with her hubby when fortune struck and she won half of the National Bingo Game prize and also the zone prize of over £3,000 and the £500 house prize.
“I was extremely happy when I won the house prize,” said the 66-year-old. “And I was absolutely thrilled when they announced that I had won the National Bingo Game as well. It certainly came as a shock.”
She intends to treat her family and take a cruise.
