Eastwood Woman Wins Almost £70,000!
More than 30 years of playing Bingo have finally paid off for a 65-year-old woman from Eastwood when she won over £69,000 at the Gala Club, in Aldwarke Lane, Rotherham on Saturday 9 February.
The woman, who has two children and three grandchildren, completed a full house in 41 numbers and won the National Bingo Game prize of £65,780, the zone prize of more than £3,000 and the house prize of £200.
“I was extremely shocked when they announced how much I had won despite playing Bingo for so long,” she said. “I never thought I would win the National Game. My husband is over the moon!”
