Bristol Woman Wins £450,000 At Gala Bingo Club
A 40-year-old woman from Bristol is going to pay off her mortgage – and the mortgage of her best friends –after winning a total of £449,121 on the National Bingo Game’s Platinum Jackpot play-off.
“We always said we would if any one of the four of us won anything big,” said the winner who works as a sales manager. “This will be life changing for us all.”
She was playing Bingo at the Gala Club in the Hengrove Leisure Park, Whitchurch last Sunday when she won almost 450,000 Pounds by completing a full house in 44 numbers.
Her big win was made up of the Platinum Jackpot prize of more than £405,000, the Sunday National Bingo Game prize of £40,000, the zone prize of over £3,000 the club prize of £386 and the £120 house prize.
“We are all in shock,” said the lucky winner. “I didn’t sleep at all the first night and just can’t take it in.”
